In tmux I frequently use:
'tmux display-panes' Which will number each pane so you can select it quickly and not have to cycle through them. Would be nice to have an option to select which keys are used for the quick switching. Numbers are useful but sometimes its easier to use letters closer to the home row.
'tmux choose-tree' Which will list out a tree with a preview window and available hotkeys for navigating to those session / workspace / pane. The tree is a nice way to navigate especially with the preview.
I've used this plugin in some cases when I have a lot of sessions / workspaces / panes to find a pane. While doing work on lots of servers you can sometimes be blocked and will come back to that work later. Often I forget to label so fzf'ing to find pane is useful.
