Hey @mhmdar, thanks for reporting this, and you're right, it was a bug on my side. tuios runs on the terminal's alternate screen, like tmux and zellij. When you leave, the terminal should go straight back to what it showed before you started tuios, with your scrollback intact. tuios then sent a full terminal reset on the way out, which wiped that restored screen, and on terminals like kitty and ghostty it also threw away all your scrollback. The fix is merged in #592. It drops the full reset and keeps only the bits that turn off mouse and keyboard modes, so quitting or detaching leaves your terminal exactly as it was before tuios started. It'll be in the next release. The panes themselves still won't print into your terminal after you leave, same as tmux and zellij. If you detached, the session keeps running, so you can get it back with Could you tell me which terminal and OS you're on, and whether you detached (leader + d) or quit? I'd like to check the fix on your setup too. |

The screen get cleared after exiting the tuios sessions and U can't scroll up through the screen.. I don't think this a good idea. I highly recommend this get fixed in next release.
