docs: bring the wiki to v0.10.0
- New "Added in v0.10.0" marks on what v0.10.0 adds.
- Getting Started, TUIOS vs Others and Home name v0.10.0.
- New: animation_speed, [keybindings.lists], Shift+PageUp and
Shift+PageDown, the middle button paste, a daemon session in a rail,
spaces and set-session-space, move-window --to-session, split-window
sides, merged worktrees, tuios://window links, the reconnect after
sleep, the caller's TERM, theme colours and mode 2031 in panes, kitty
images by number, ConPTY keys, the drop preview frame, the new verbs
and layout-changed, and the tuios.dev/vt and tuios.dev/swatch modules.
- Also new: the CharmTone themes, the theme transition, dim_foreground,
[dock.tabs], the session dock component, the tmux-style actions,
option_glyphs auto, and get-config reading config.toml.
