docs: bring the wiki to v0.9.3
- Every "Unreleased, not in v0.9.2" mark now reads "Added in v0.9.3".
- Getting Started and TUIOS vs Others name v0.9.3. The cask note
matches the current casks.
- New: --server NAME and TUIOS_SERVER, drop a pane on an edge to split
with drop_preview and drop_preview_delay, the rail scroll thumb, the
New worktree dialog, tuios-web paste and --ctrl-v-to-program, and the
cursor colour.
- New page: Upgrading to v0.9.3, linked from Home and the sidebar.
docs: document file transfers, files_roots and Web Push config
Cover the changes on main since v0.8.5
Add pages for links, checkpoints, ship, push notifications, turning off
agent features and the tmux shim, and add them to the sidebar.
