[Postpone v1.3.0] Cocoapod release error 1.3.0 error: thread-local storage is not supported for the current target

i faced error: thread-local storage is not supported for the current target during pod truck push
so i setup compiler_flags as ['ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH=YES'] on podspec.
but it doesn't apply during pod spec lint
