Addresses #155
This was caused by a change in modiscolite 2.4.0 that changes the shape of the motifs read from the meme file when generating the html report. I now fixed the minimum modiscolite requirement at 2.4.0, updated the code to transpose read motifs, and reran the tutorial notebook to test that this works correctly.
