As your post does not contain any information except the error message in the title, it's unlikely people will be able to help you in more detail. Also, please consider the GMT forum for user questions; the GitHub repos are for development.

Maybe you face this issue because of the ongoing maintenance of the GMT servers, and some resources, e.g., the remote datasets and the GMT forum, are not available temporarily. But at the moment I can access the remote datasets and the GMT forum again.
