As pointed out by @yvonnefroehlich, it seems the formal name for the xarray package is xarray, not Xarray (xref: https://doi.org/10.5334/jors.148, https://docs.xarray.dev/en/stable/contribute/contributing.html).
We should update Xarray to xarray both in the source code and the documentation.
