Add See also descriptions and trailing periods to OverlayFactory,
MediaPlayer (play video), MediaExporter (export archived media), and
PtzCoordinatesManager so the cross-references match the convention
used across the Media SDK family.
In the MediaPlayer page, replace one em-dash in the event-delivery
rule with a comma, and convert the left-right and right arrow
characters used for state transitions to ASCII prose so the page
stays inside the no-em-dash and ASCII conventions.
docs: tighten MediaExporter clientSubnet, watermark, and result wording
Expand clientSubnet guidance with media-routing failure modes, clarify
that includeWatermark is metadata (not a visible overlay), note that
whitespace-only textOverlay values are ignored, and document
ExportFileList semantics for PartiallySuccessful results and the
deleteExportFiles cancel modes.

docs: add Media SDK guides and refresh Home and Sidebar
Add 16 Media SDK component pages covering MediaPlayer, VideoSourceFilter,
MediaExporter, MediaFile, G64 converters, FileCryptingManager, playback
querier and reader, OverlayFactory, PtzCoordinatesManager, audio
transmitter and recorder, AnalogMonitorController, and camera blocking.
Update Home and Sidebar to surface the Media SDK section and align link
text with the new pages.
