docs: improve SDK documentation accuracy and clarity
docs: fix verified inaccuracies across SDK wiki pages
Corrects claims that did not match SDK 5.14 source or reflection,
including ownership/removal semantics, disposal and lifecycle
behavior, plugin hosting and assembly resolution, entity cache
filtering, and several style and cross-reference fixes.
docs: add cross-page disambiguation alerts to overlapping topics
Each affected page now opens with a single Note that disambiguates it
from a closely-related sister page (actions vs events, /entity vs
/report/EntityConfiguration, content builders vs tile extensions vs
dashboard widgets, contextual actions vs custom actions). The alert
helps readers who landed on the wrong page reach the right one.
docs: normalize See also descriptions and remove cross-SDK leakage
