Ironclad A1 run archive and Timeline reveal evidence

This documents an Ironclad Ascension 1 progression run. It is not a full-game completion claim: project completion still requires Ascension 20 with every installed character and the entire Timeline completed.

Manual STS2MCP run through Codex. No autoplay, hidden automation, solver policy, or heuristic gameplay policy was used for gameplay decisions; actions were chosen from observed MCP/API state. Tooling was used for observation, action transport, evidence checks, hashing, and packaging.

Result

• Final lethal: Unrelenting+ reduced Test Subject #C10 from 71 to 27 and granted Free Attack; free Bludgeon+ killed the boss.
• Post-boss event: The Architect
• The transient game_over HP 0 state is not used as standalone proof.

Profile proof

After returning to the main menu, the profile state showed:

• Ironclad max_ascension: 2
• Ironclad preferred_ascension: 2
• Ironclad total_wins: 2
• Ironclad current_win_streak: 1
• Overall total_wins: 2
• Overall number_of_runs: 23

That profile progression is the success basis for classifying this as a verified Ironclad A1 clear.

Timeline proof

Immediately after the clear, Timeline progression was blocked by an obtained-but-unrevealed epoch:

• IRONCLAD7_EPOCH

Post-reveal evidence shows:

• IRONCLAD7_EPOCH: Revealed

• manual_reveal_required: false
• main menu options include timeline
• timeline_complete: false

So the Ironclad A1 post-clear Timeline blocker is resolved, but the overall Timeline is not complete.

Verification and caveats

• The .run file records ascension: 1, character: CHARACTER.IRONCLAD, and win: true.
• Post-run profile evidence independently confirms the clear by showing Ironclad max ascension advanced to 2.
• The post-clear IRONCLAD7_EPOCH manual reveal gate was later verified as revealed/unblocked.
• Token accounting was not fully reconstructable from available local artifacts, so this run does not claim exact token totals.
• The local research archive has Act 3 boss/timeline evidence, but not a complete structured floor-1-to-win action ledger yet.

Current audit status

• Ironclad: verified A1 clear, profile max ascension now 2.
• Timeline: no obtained-unrevealed Ironclad A1 epoch remains pending, but total Timeline remains incomplete.
• Overall goal: incomplete. Continue from live observed state toward all-character A20 and full Timeline completion.
