Strict-template model support: Consolidated system messages for models that use strict templates (e.g., Gemini). Previously, multiple system messages caused API errors with these providers.
Configure Models persistence: Model assignments made via the "Configure Models" TUI option now persist correctly through sync. Previously, changing models after initial install had no effect until a full re-install.
