Add data frame subsetting to tutorial

Students spend a lot of time on data frame subsetting and querying, which makes the exercise difficult and time consuming. This is however a very basic and important skill for working with (vector) data in R. It should be part of the tutorial. Maybe it can replace the current 'transect' exercise, which is not used further in the course.
