Deploy current version on TUD server using bespoke docker-compose configuration #76
Description
The current docker-compose.yml is set up for development.
Let's add an additional docker-compose.deploy.yml and run the service on the demo server by cloning the main branch of the repo and then calling docker compose up --detach.
