Add new kernels for JupyterLab and upgrade software components

Currently only a Python 3 and bash kernel are provided. For working with Apache Spark the often used Apache Toree kernel and also the R kernel will be added. Example notebooks using the kernels will be found in the example folders.

Further, software components like JupyterHub, JupyterLab, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark and Apache Zookeeper will be upgraded to their latest stable version.
