New major stable release of DKAN. Switches to using properly-namespaced submodules and removes many deprecated pieces of code.
There are no major changes to functionality in this release, merely a refactoring of existing code to be consistent with Drupal module norms, and to prepare for DKAN 4.0 which will move releases to Drupal.org. There will be few to no additional 3.x releases; this version is only intended as a stepping-stone in the 2-4 upgrade path.
Please read the upgrade guide carefully before attempting to move from DKAN 2 to DKAN 4 on an existing site.
