What should the OS be called?

felixd is the node agent: the first piece. If the long-term picture in docs/design.md works out, the thing it grows into is an OS, and that should probably have its own name. "FelixOS" is the obvious one and the least interesting.

My suggestion is NineLives:

• Felix is a cat, and cats have nine lives. A workload here survives losing the node it runs on and picks up from its last offset somewhere else. That's the whole point of the project.
• It's also a nod to Plan 9 (see Plan 9, and what it means for an OS built on Felix #38), which is the closest thing in OS history to what this is trying to be.

felixd would keep its name as the agent that runs on each node. NineLives would be the name for the system as a whole.
