feat: return ProgressBar to Audio attachment component

🎯 Goal

Closes REACT-814

Adds the progress bar back to audio attachment widget but not to the audio attachment preview widget, which is rendered as "other" files attachment.
Fix:

• Made the PlaybackRateButton toggle the playback rate before the playback is started
• Retrieved audio duration with probe before the playback is started
• Fixed some outdates CSS names
