feat: redesign image placeholder

🎯 Goal

Closes REACT-897

Reflects the newest designs. Changes the approach to rendering image placeholder. Now introduces a new property to ComponentContext so that this can be customized.
Fixes the quoted message bubble colors to match the side on which they are shown (incoming -> incoming color) independently of whether own or other's message is quoted
