Session: Bug issues

- When a User Joins a session late or rejoins an active session, they should be told that the poll was already in session and cannot rejoin and send them back to the join poll screen.
- When  the host exit session without using the lef icon, the participant are not kicked out. They should be kicked out. Also, if the host gets back in or reload, they are unable to go to the next question.
