Describe the bug
So, comrades, I ask you to read this carefully - the essence is this. So I wanted to make a description of the commands (when you open a chat and you are given commands and a description of them next to it, /help as an example because it works). But! You can't do that with the rest of the teams. The question is why? Neither a plugin nor an extension. No way! I want to either ask for a tutorial on this or find out the answer to what and exactly how to do it. I also tried to make separate plug-ins on velocity/paper servers in this regard, I tried to catch them, I tried to extend them - I just don't want to. I really want to hear the developers' response on this issue.
