datepickerOptions (minDate, maxDate) not working

I believe this is a bug with the datepicker-popup and not the
datetime-picker.

If you change the index.html to use datepicker-popup, instead of
datetime-picker, i get the same error.

Yeah, looks like it has something to do with parsing datepicker-options. Using min-date directly works fine with popup, but datepicker-options fails.

Only seems to happen when minDate or maxDate is passed. Others (showWeeks) seem to be ok.

I have fixed the datetime-picker to work when minDate and maxDate is passed in at the root level, but it seems that the dateOptions is a deeper level bug which will need more work. I will upload version 1.0.17 shortly

minDate and maxDate functionality is actually nothing to do with the datetime picker, but is standard functionality using the datepicker from angular-ui (which the datetime picker uses). I have included it as an example on my demo page, but you can find details here about datepicker and other functionality with timepicker https://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/#/datepicker
