Inline Images not supported

Inline images are not supported because a gitbook stylesheet always forces images to be display: block;

Reproduce with the following markup:

• Some bullet
• Some bullet 2

I think this in an issue with marked that doesn't send the info to the renderer if it's a inline image or not, thus the render can't render them differently (set display: inline for inline images).

I know how to fix this, I'll do a PR on marked soon.
