'Copy' on Request / Response examples not updating clipboard

## Bug description

It doesn't seem that the `Copy` button on either the sample Request / Response payloads that are rendered by OpenAPI specs.

## How to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://docs.gitbook.com/content-editor/blocks/openapi
2. Hover over Request payload and select `Copy` (this won't update the clipboard & doesn't allow you to paste it anywhere)
