Installation

HomeArcade is distributed as a Home Assistant Add-on.
- A working Home Assistant OS or Supervised installation.

amd64oraarch64hardware (Raspberry Pi 4/5, Intel NUC, etc.). - At least 500MB of disk space for the initial build.
- Navigate to Settings -> Add-ons.
- Click the Add-on Store button.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right and select Repositories.
- Paste the following URL:
https://github.com/GlerschNersch/token - Click Add and then close the dialog.
- Find HomeArcade in the store list (it may take a moment to appear).
- Click Install.
- Note: The first installation can take 2–10 minutes as it compiles native SQLite bindings for your specific hardware.
- Once installed, click Start.
- Enable Show in sidebar for quick access.
- Open the Web UI and you are ready to upload your first ROM!
