Squad Combat Initiative 14.0.0 moves the module to a Foundry V14-only baseline. Existing squad groups, combatant flags, morale state, visibility settings, and public API names are preserved.
What's New
- Foundry V14 baseline: The module now requires Foundry VTT v14 and is verified against v14.363.
- dnd5e 5.3.3 baseline: The module now requires dnd5e 5.3.3 or newer.

Improvements
- Updated tracker and rendering assumptions for current Foundry and dnd5e combat tracker behavior.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the advanced mutating diagnostics gate so temporary test automation requires both the dedicated world setting and explicit confirmation.

- Migration steps: No manual migration is required for existing Squad Combat Initiative data.
- Existing combat flags, group metadata, captain assignments, visibility settings, morale settings, and public API names are preserved.
- Foundry V13 worlds should stay on the final 13.x release line.
Settings Changes
- Allow Mutating MCP Diagnostics: New advanced safety gate for temporary fixture validation and cleanup. Default:
false. Leave disabled outside active module testing.
Validation
Tested against Foundry VTT v14.363 and dnd5e 5.3.3 with maintenance, smoke, validation, and cleanup checks passing.
