Description
The world map is supposed to represent events occurring and changes that result to the map.
Currently there's no animation of events happening. There's nothing to visually show rain occurring, or fire occurring, or a tornado, or meteorites, etc
Review each type of event that can occur. Determine what type of graphical animation could be used to reflect the occurrence of such events.
Perhaps utilize methods used years ago, such as when such animations were handled by sprites. You should be able to generate sprites or animated gifs by iterating frame by frame on what the gif should look like
Ensure tests still pass.
