Mutators

Description

This expands mutator capability by allowing them to add ephemeral tags to rooms that disappear after the mutator expires. These can be used by scripts and modules.

Changes

• Added "tags" to mutators, and updated the mutator admin tool to include a picker tool for tags.
• Updated wildfire mutator, added a fire-scorched mutator.
• "CLI Tool" support - invoking command line binary commands from inside the MUD. Useful for file searching, editing and so on.
• Minor front end fixes like the "Equipment" window in the web client showing nothing in slot.
• Added some padding to the terminal area for when windows "slide away" - prevents covering a little text on the left.
