Test `get_modloader_store()`

hmm get_modloader_store in the verbosity seems to return null when in the editor...? I always get level debug. I guess debug is the standard level for the editor, but it also prints as null 🤔

Have to check if the fix from #201 is actually just a glorified return of the non ModLoaderStore values.

The issue is

1. As @Qubus0 said the Engine.get_singleton() does actually only work for Build in singletons?!

2. Most of the ModLoaders work is done in the _init() function where we can't access autoloads or the SceneTree

So this current version of _get_modloader_store():

static func _get_modloader_store() -> Object:
	var scene_tree = Engine.get_main_loop()

	if not scene_tree:
		return null

	return scene_tree.root.get_node("ModLoaderStore")

Will return null until the game is running.

I ultimately scrapped the work on this and reverted the changes done by #201.
Instead I moved the required util functions into there own files in setup/.

I will closes this after merging
