• bug fix for plotPCA where PC percentage are corrected as pointed out by issue plotPCA variance explained disagree with prcomp and factoextra pacakge #383
• add gene annotation plot on top of transcript annotation as requested by issue Visualizing gene annotation on top of reported/discovered isoforms #239
