Try using Dockerfile to build

The benefits of using a Dockerfile is that doing lando rebuild should be radically faster.

This is inspired by Installing node in your Lando PHP service.

Todo:

• I think the the Dockerfile is incorrectly causing the entire directory tree to be tarballed. This needs to be avoided. This is to be achieved using the .dockerignore file? Or should it be done in some other way? See https://codefresh.io/docker-tutorial/not-ignore-dockerignore-2/
