Upgrade to 5.4.30

This interpreter was the only one to correctly handle Google Cloud Storage on Linux. Is there any chance it will be updated to 5.4.30+ like the binaries shipped with the Windows and OSX SDKs?

It should be "Upgrade to latest stable 5.5 or 5.6"

Google AppEngine, unfortunately, does not support 5.5 or 5.6 (which would be great).

PHP 5.5 is now on AppEngine. Enable it with:

runtime: php55

in app.yaml

Where or how can I get a local version of the php binary for GAE and PHP 5.5 for linux?
