When JD looked at this the other day he noticed that a lot of google repositories are calling it ".kokoro" so that the folder is hidden by default. Do you think that would be good for us to do to?

good idea. I'll verify that the setup works and then changed to ".kokoro". |

Added Kokoro folders with build scripts.
The only difference between this and our previous GoB setup is the
cdcommand that now it points to../github/..instead of../git/...Next: wait a few minutes and create a test PR.
