How is OKF significantly different from what Tim Berners-Lee created circa 1999 with his ontological Semantic Web? Or even semantic databases, such as Wikidata (using RDF) from years ago. They all seem very similar in philosophy.
And while adding structure would help to mitigate hallucinations, wouldn't such a format be antithetical to the very notion of what an LLM is, ie, a "creative" tool?
