Kiso 0.1.6 is now available!

Kiso is an open-source publishing engine for the Open Knowledge Format (OKF). It transforms OKF knowledge bundles into static websites that are easy to navigate for both humans and AI agents.

This release introduces three major improvements:

• Built-in full-text search: Search directly inside your knowledge base from your browser. No backend required.
• Internationalized interface: Documentation websites can now be displayed in either English or French, making knowledge bases easier to share across teams.
• Social sharing metadata: Every generated page now includes Open Graph and Twitter/X metadata, providing rich previews when shared on LinkedIn, Facebook, X and other social platforms.

As always, everything remains static: no server, no database, no JavaScript framework required.
