http://127.0.0.1:9999/ takes you to the login page. http://127.0.0.1:9999/map takes you to the maps page. http://127.0.0.1:9999/recorder takes you to the recorder page.

Production deployment will be done with gunicorn or tornado on a VPS; if either proves problematic, we may explore Google App Engine or the like.
