This PR rewrites the “App crashed” screen UI from a legacy XML/DataBinding layout to a Jetpack Compose implementation, aligning it with the newer Compose-based design components.

• Removed the design_app_crashed.xml DataBinding layout.
• Reimplemented AppCrashedDesign using ComposeView + MihomoScaffold, with selectable crash logs.
• Updated AppCrashedActivity to call the new suspend log update API, and adjusted AppCrashedActivity manifest attributes.
