Configuration option to add column to already defined?

Can I add ad-hoc or in a report an extra column? Something similar to ps -O option.

Something that I could use task rc.columns=+uuid.short

I'm still on v2, yet I didn't see something like this in the docs.

It would be nice if we could include all the columns and labels from one report in another. Maybe reports.foo.base = <some-other-report> or something, but that wouldn't allow "mixins". Most of my reports do have common subsets, but nonetheless every element has to be defined for each report. However it was done once like years ago, and refactoring them in terms of each other might not actually gain a whole lot... 🤔
