Modified the version update notification and the LTS Support page to match this Figma design.
Renamed the LTS Policy page as well and the link, so that the URL also doesn't mention LTS, and the new page name follows the content.
Also removed LTS from the version selector dropdown for both Angular and React
Removed a mention of LTS from the React table in our Update Guide as well.
