test(#3273): add browser test for Side Menu Group current state propagation

Before (the change)

The fix for Side Menu Group current state propagation (line 81 of SideMenuGroup.svelte) had no regression test. The fix prevents parent groups from incorrectly closing when child groups become non-current.

After (the change)

Added browser test at libs/react-components/specs/side-menu-group.browser.spec.tsx to verify the fix.

Test Status: Currently failing due to SideMenu's event detection not triggering reliably in the test environment. The test attempts to verify that when navigating from a child item to a parent item, the parent group stays open (the regression scenario from #3273).

Remaining Work:

• Fix event triggering in browser test, or
• Migrate to Svelte unit test where events can be dispatched directly
