Add task to validate portal credentials

What feature do you want to see added?

It would be nice to have a task that would validate if the credentials are ok. It would allow to fail the build fast in case the credentials are not there.

It would be nice if the task could validate Namespace '...' is not allowed as well

Tentative implementation here except it's not a task but validation happens at configuration time, which defeats the provider API. I'm not sure how to add a task early in the execution plan as by the time the publishing time gets called, it's probably too late (all the compilation tasks have executed, etc...). Any idea how to implement this?

I used to have project.gradle.taskGraph.whenReady { for running the validations: https://github.com/vlsi/vlsi-release-plugins/blob/8b74991871f64bc12a8aab077baf0c9ba2811397/plugins/stage-vote-release-plugin/src/main/kotlin/com/github/vlsi/gradle/release/StageVoteReleasePlugin.kt#L291-L302

I'm not sure if it is cc-compatible or not though.

It still breaks a bit the Provider contract. If someone computes username from another task then the property is accessed before that task has a chance to run. It's probably never going to happen though so I'm fine merging this as is.

It would be nice if the task could validate Namespace '...' is not allowed as well

@vlsi can you ellaborate a bit here? Check the validity of groupId? Check that it's a valid packageName as written here?

Credentials are now validated when the task graph is ready when a publishing task is present in the task graph.

Closing this one in favor of #82 to add more validations to the contents of the publications themselves.
