Modding on Linux Using Rider

Getting set up to mod on Linux is pretty straight forward as long as you are comfortable working with the various package managers. This guide will go over how to set up Rider on Arch OS, since that's the distro I run, but the packages are all public and common and should be available via other package managers like Snap!
