I do not fully understand what you want. If needed, the current option is:

iwr https://github.com/Greedeks/GTweak/releases/latest/download/gtweak.exe -OutFile GTweak.exe

Or do you want a .ps1 file in the project, for example install.ps1? In that case, it would be possible to use an irm ... | iex one-liner command.
