Updates some deps.
This is specifically for the RFG one, for building on arm macs, but I noticed the others had updates as well, so I pulled those in.
Spotless has some updates available as well, but I was not sure if we wanted those.
I am unsure if there are any deps that we want to have pinned at certain versions (maybe that would be best for a comment next to the dep)
