Expected colors in Material formulas to work
Actual Behavior
If withFormatting is enabled, only color codes that use letters (and not numbers) work properly, and the rest are turned white, ostensibly due to how the automatic formatting interprets numbers:
Steps to Reproduce
Set a material's formula to something that uses a color code that has a number, eg "§cRed§e3(§9Blue§e4)§aGreen"
