port the prospector as an APP to CEu.
rename icon folders.
Currently, the application has no use conditions. (eu cost, radius)
Tier and configuration will be implemented after hardware sys and upgrade sys finished
About Performance Optimization:
it wouble be nice If Rongmario has any ideas. Or I can try some optimizations (such as traverse loaded chunks in THREAD, caching...)
