- Added IV-UHV quad/nonuple hatches
- Quad hatch can hold 1/4th of the on-tier hatch's tank size
- Nonuple hatch can hold 1/8th of the on-tier hatch's tank size (because 1/9th is a bad number)
- Recipes adjusted to be in-line with hatch recipe changes in 2.7
