What:
Reworks Reinforced Glass into Tempered Glass, removing some IC2 components in the process.
Reinforced Glass -> Tempered Glass: Basically just a new name and a new recipe
Removes:
Mixed Metal Ingot
Reinforced Iridium Alloy
Reinforced Iridium Alloy Plate
Advanced Alloy Plate
These were removed because they were pretty weird ingredients, and did not have any uses really after the reinforced glass recipe was changed. What little did use Reinforced Iridium Alloy plates before now uses Ruthenian Iridium Plates.
This refactor was done as a precursor to the eventual new glass that will be introduced for between Tempered Glass and Fusion glass
