What:
Adds aluminum drum and crate.
Outcome:
Add new tier of drums and tanks
Additional info:
I also modified pre-existing crates to match the inventory amount of their equivalent chests, and lowered the drum amounts of tiers lower then the newly added aluminum one.
Possible compatibility issue:
A few Id's have been shifted to fit the newly added items.
