3.7.6 tarball missing CImg.h and gmic_stdlib_community.h

The 3.7.6 tarball missing CImg.h and gmic_stdlib_community.h (compared to the 3.7.5 tarball).

So the flatpak build of the GIMP plugin fails:

The tarball mentionned above has sha256 949cf0e434bc93ab1e6e42c9a0bd5fe39684bba28a910e253048e54d68342656

The new tarball (same version) has sha256
640bc1c72b1bb0eeb056771b1c57291403a4f3bffda372c4ea24ee2db8175a67

The latter seems to work. Sadly it carries the same version number.

Yes, there has been just a small bug in the release script when constructing the tarball.
I don't think adding the two missing files to the tarball required a new version.

Yes it did need at least a new name if it is just the tarball. Since there is not tag in git it's not like we can pull the whole thing from git easily
